    Kevin believes that good listening skills and effective communication are the cornerstones to a successful client/professional relationship and real estate transaction.   

    A native of Virginia, Kevin and his wife moved to Charlottesville in 2003.  In a short period of time it was apparent that the Charlottesville-Albemarle area was without a doubt where they wanted to call home and raise their family.  They fell in love with the feeling of a small town yet appreciated the numerous cultural offerings found in Charlottesville Virginia—all in a spectacular setting with the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background.  With such a genuine love of Charlottesville and its surrounding countryside one can easily see why Kevin enjoys representing buyers and sellers of Charlottesville Virginia real estate.

    Kevin’s strong listening and communication skills, fostered from his degree and clinical background in communication sciences and disorders, have proven instrumental in his success as a Realtor.  From genuinely listening to his clients’ real estate goals to communicating effectively with all other parties involved in a transaction, Kevin believes solid communication is the cornerstone to reaching a successful real estate closing.

    William P. May is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia. He follows a family tradition in real estate sales and in personal involvement in the Charlottesville-Albemarle community. He attended local schools and was graduated from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he studied management and marketing. After serving in the United States Army in Vietnam, he returned to Charlottesville in 1972 and developed a successful real estate career.
